"This is real Cape Cod. We have stayed at the Breakwaters ( Unit 2A ) for many years. This 3 bedroom unit is nicely kept, clean and has all the conveniences that we require, plus exceptional water views. The proximity to town, shopping and restaurants is great and staff are always helpful and friendly. We look forward to returning again and again."

"Stayed at the Breakwaters in June, 2003 with our 3 kids age 23.22 and 16. The weather was lousy but the 3 bedroom home was wonderful, clean and only a house away from the beach. Being from Kansas we wanted the ocean at our doorstep and we were not disappointed. King beds in two rooms were especially great for our 6'5" son!! And daughters shared the 3rd room. Kitchen had all we needed and there was plenty of room to watch the NBA playoffs in the living room!! Oh and there were 2 bathrooms, what more could you want. Staff was pleasant, plenty of towels and even cleaned a little in the kitchen I think. My family has great memories and all want to go back to the Breakwaters and Cape Cod!! Compared to rates in other reviews the price was right too.
