Reservations & Payment Info:

1/2 advance deposit. Balance due on arrival

Saturday through Saturday only during Summer, Spring and Fall seasons. Shorter period taken only if vacancy occurs.

Refunds will be made if cancellation if received 4 full weeks before reservation time or if unit is re-rented.

Labor Day Weekend (Aug. 31 - Sept. 1) Summer daily rate for weekend stay only. Off season weekly rate for extended stay.

Additional adults $30/each per night, $100/each per week.

Reservations made within two weeks of reservation date require an overnight payment by cashier's check or money order.

Credit Cards not accepted. Cash, Travel Checks or personal checks accepted, payable in U.S. Funds. All charges subject to 9.7% MA Room Tax. No refunds for early departure.

Refund Cancellation Fee: $25.00

General Information:

Twin beds (in most bedrooms) may be made-up as 1 king size bed if requested at time reservations are made. Double beds cannot be changed. Roll-away beds or convertable sofas to be made-up for extra guests require advance notice. All linens provided.

Daily Maid Service (except Sunday)

Free Wi-Fi Internet access

Children welcome - no charge. Cribs & highchair available. Baby linens not provided.

No Pets Please!

The Breakwaters is a non-smoking facility.

Late Arrivals
Please come to office and look inside screen door and you will find an envelope containing a map of where your designated parking and unit are located. The lights will be on inside and outside the unit. There is also an emergency cell # on office door just in case! Please call ahead if you know you will be late!
